Principal's Message

Our school is a co-educational institution running classes from IX to XII standards with both Science and Humanities stream. The school has well equipped infrastructure along with qualified and experienced staff. Academic excellence, congenial atmosphere and self discipline are the areas we strive upon. There are attainments, achievements and of course scores of success stories such as school being awarded Best School in 2019 by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. We thrive to develop a child into happy citizen of tomorrow and give emphasis on experience learning where students are given hands on learning activities. For all round development many extracurricular as well as co curricular activities are mandated in the school activities calendar. The children are also given opportunities to go outside and compete with other students to bring out the best. We are proud to mention that many brought laurel up to State Level Competition. Gratefully, we can say many of our school alumni are Administrative officers, Doctors, Engineers, Teachers and theirs in different fields. We are committed to be at our best to give education to our young generation (students).

Dear Parents, Guardians, SMDC Member, Well wishers and the School family of Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Ruskin. As the Vice Principal of this school, I welcome one and all to our school website. I consider it a privilege to pen down my message for newly launch website of our school which will immensely facilitate all stake holders to access to our school curricular and co-curricular activities. I feel very fortunate to work with my dedicated, committed, caring and innovative staff members who works tirelessly for holistic development of students and come up with those inherited knowledge to build a better tomorrow with a disciplined way of life. We believe that every child is a gift of God and that excellence is the way of life. Keeping this is in mind we provide the students’ value based education and opportunities to grow in every sphere of life, both in academics and their personality development. As a result of continuous and coordinated efforts of all the staffs our students are excelling in all fields. Many students had made this institution proud by their excellent performance in academic exams, literary, music, games and sports competitions in the District, State and Country. I take this opportunity to thank almighty God for benevolence, generous blessing showered upon our school. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Shri Tajom Padung, Principal, who have always guides, inspires and supports the school family for the progress of the institution. I am also indebted and extend my heartiest gratitude to all the staff members for their constant coordination and support for all round development of students and the institution. I also extend my thankfulness to all students of this institution for their contribution, discipline and obedience and importantly for the role they had played to take the school to a great height keeping the motto of our school- “COME TO LEARN, GO TO SERVES.”
